 Withdraw Error

Problem:

I withdraw (cryptocurrency) the status says completed but it did not reach the destination, why?

Solutions:

1) Click on the TXID: link next to the withdrawal in your BX.in.th account transaction history, this will bring you to a blockchain explorer website where you can verify the transaction exists.

1a) If the transaction exists, but you cannot see it at your receiving wallet or website, then you must contact your wallet or website provider in order to solve the issue.

1b) There is no "TXID" next to the transaction in my BX.in.th transaction history, or the click brings me to a blockchain explorer saying "Transaction Not Found"...it's possible that there was some technical issue with the transaction and it may need to be re-broadcast, so please open a new ticket.
