In order to remove the 2 Factor Authentication from your account please send us the following:
1) your photo ID or passport
2) A selfie picture of you holding your ID or Passport with a paper sign saying "I want to unlock 2FA" and date (dd/mm/yyyy)
We can then unlock the 2FA on your account so that you can login. We require this for a security measure so that an unauthorized person cannot attempt to unlock your 2FA and get into your account.
